What we collect

When you send the enquiry form we keep: your name, mobile number, your email address if you give one, your message if you write one, how and when you prefer to be contacted, the course you asked about, the time you agreed to be contacted, the page you sent the form from, and how you reached the site (for example a campaign tag or the website you came from).

Why

Only so that a counsellor can reply to your request, for example to share fees and batch details. We do not use it for anything else.

Who sees it

Authorised staff of the centre see your enquiry in their admissions workspace, and a copy is emailed to the centre's enquiry inbox. If you give an email address, we send you one confirmation email. The information is stored in a database hosted with a cloud provider.

How long we keep it

An enquiry is kept until it is removed on request. We do not delete enquiries automatically.

Under 18

If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to send the form.

Asking for a change or removal

To correct or remove your enquiry, call +917904490016 or visit us at 231, 1st Floor, Church Road, Anna Nagar, Madurai - 625020, and give the name and mobile number you used.
